moving the blade on the back of the broom tractor

An asphalt paving broom tractor operator was turning the blade on a broom tractor when the blade fell and landed on top of his foot. The bolt holding the blade to the tractor had come out. This caused a small laceration and swelling. A Telemed call was completed for the operator and he was diagnsoed with a contusion.
