What happened
A concrete mixer driver was going to get his ticket at a plant when he stepped on a landscape retaining wall outside of the batch house. The stones from the retaining wall fell causing the driver to stumble. While falling backwards he caught himself on a parked pick up truck. This injured his shoulder and buttocks. The driver was seen at a nearby urgent care.
