IE was in a hurry and jumped on his stand-up forklift not realizing that he had left the wheels turned all the way in one direction.

When he backed up the forklift started to turn making him feel like he was going to be thrown out so he grabbed onto the throttle to regain his balance which then caused him to continue moving backing him into a pallet that slightly entered the operator 's compartment contacting his lower back on the right side.
