What happened
I was doing lunch clean up. Wiping tables putting them up and moving them to sweep floor. Went to move one table had all weight on left leg due to positioning and pivoted swinging the table out of the way. Twisted left knee felt a pop and then pain radiating in inner knee and up my thigh.
