What happened
Escorted patient from PEDS waiting room to the peds ED. Patient began acting out and did not want to enter the PEDS ER. He began heading toward the radiology department. As he tried to direct patient back to the PEDS ED he grabbed his hand and dug his fingernails in his right hand. The father of the patient had his son sit down in the radiology waiting room and then brought him into the PEDS ED.
