Transferring the patient from stretcher to the table

Employee was on call. She came in for an embolization. After transferring patient onto the table she strained her right elbow forearm when pulling out the sliding board. She was aware of the pain immediately but was still able to work. She has been taking Motrin Tylenol used Icy-hot as well as alternating heat and ice but the pain is getting worse.
