What happened
IW was flipping on station 2. Feeder called caulboard. The skin pusher came around to get a caulboard that was in a cart right behind the flipper. The skin pusher picked up the caulboard off the caulboard cart and set it on its corner. They then lost hold of one side and the caulboard fell forward hitting the flipper on the back of the head.
