Before the incident
[REDACTED] and [REDACTED] were replacing the tines teeth on a Priefert arena drag hooked to John Deere tractor in the middle of the maintenance shop. The bolts connecting the tines to the arena drag had weathered with use so the bolts had to be cut off with hacksaw.
What happened
[REDACTED] was cutting the bolts with hacksaw. [REDACTED] 's hand slipped and the hacksaw cut through [REDACTED] 's left hand near the knuckle and thumb.
