Employee was assisting other employees in hanging sheet metal on the walls of the stainless plant.

The employee was struggling to get the ribs of the sheet metal to fall into the channel and attempted to hit the sheet metal with a closed fist to force it into place.

When the employee struck the metal channel which had not been deburred it cut through his gloves and lacerated his left hand.
