Before the incident
EE is a Machine Operator in the Coiling Department. EE was in the process of changing out a roll of Facecloth at Cell #14 at CM028. The Roll was resting a Pallet Jack and another EE was Pushing the Pallet Jack as he was steering. EE while steering his end lost track of hand placement and his Right Hand was pinched between the Facecloth Bar and Conveyor Cylinder Frame resulting in a Laceration.
