Operating a motorcycle
What happened
Employee was operating a department issued motorcycle. He was behind a stopped vehicle at a stop light. The vehicle started to drive forward so employee began driving his motorcycle forward as well; however the vehicle in front stopped unexpectedly and the employee was unable to stop his motorcycle in time. Employee struck rear of the lead vehicle went over the motorcycle 's handlebars and then the motorcycle fell on top of him.
