On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Employee was walking down the ramp to duracube in which time that the employee tripped stepped on a piece of wood that caused her to fall. The employee 's ankle went sideways. The employee then fell forward placing arms hands out to brace employee falling and employees ' full weight was placed on the left-hand causing pain in the left wrist.
