IW was tightening a strap on a graded stack of skins. While pulling on the strap employee felt a sharp pain in their right wrist. The employee continued working for the rest of the shift. The following day [REDACTED] 25 the employee mentioned to the supervisor that they had pain in their wrist but didn 't know if it was work related at the time. At the start of the next shift on [REDACTED] 25 the employee mentioned the pain to the lead and asked to seek medical attention for it.
