during a debris loading time we had as a team set down a heavy plastic flotation vessel attached to a large 2x4 onto our docked boat After I had us as a team place it a separate organizations member rearranged that item with unnecessary force and movement did not check for it to be stable or correctly positioned and it fell and hit me across the side of my face and head While the brim of my hard hat prevented far worse injury I still sustained what is likely a concussion
