Handing off firelining 1 gallon potted trees down a wooden and dirt backyard staircase

A full WCC crew of 6 was firelining 1 gallon potted plants down a homemade wooden and dirt staircase down a steep dirt embankment from a level landing on top to level ground on the bottom While turning in place to hand off two 1 gallon potted trees to another employee [REDACTED] accidentally stepped off the stair and tumbled backwards down the dirt slope below The total fall was roughly 6 10 ft down a 45 degree dirt slope She slid and rolled backwards contacting metal debris and other household garbage that was buried in the hillside below They immediately got to their feet and fortunately did not hit their head We checked in and assessed for any immediate injuries and checked for any impairment to their mobility in their arms or shoulders No obvious or visible injuries were found in our first aid assessment but [REDACTED] expressed some soreness and stiffness in their shoulder
