Starting an IV. Patient is [REDACTED] with loose skin. Veins were really tough. Only good spot to draw blood was in the AC but put could not extend his arm fully. Got the IV in advancing catheter. When pulling out the IV. Pushed the white button to retract the needle. Needle did not retract . Was trying hold on to the IV and when pulling out the needle acidentally poked yourself. Poked 4 times and trying to hold on to the iv
