What happened
Resident thought his wheelchair was falling apart so he tried to scoot out to stand. Employee caught resident with right arm to prevent fall someone else came to help emp. Right arm started feeling numb tingling and had increased pain. Reports she stretched the arm shoulder and noticed it was out of place we got it back in [REDACTED] to ER due to pain and was told the joint was sprained at that point.
