EE over pressurized the ash pipe with compressed air which caused hot ash to blow back striking him on the face and upper left torso hand and knee. EE was not wearing prescribed PPE.

Burn injuries to right side of face ear with thermal exposure to the inner nose and pharynx. Burn injuries to the left upper arm and shoulder and left hand and knee.
