While pushing the ice cart the EE fell twice first time she fell she states she that the cooler fell over and while trying to pick up and clean the ice she slipped and fell. after getting up she tried to clean the ice again and slipped and fell again. EE states that she was asked if she was ok but gelt embarrassed and said she was fine
