What happened
Employee was running the drawbench and during the draw process the tube had aggragated to the saw to be cut. Tube then went to the saw inserter and went thru saw and got stuck at the sensor. He went back to saw area saw tube was stuck and tried to wiggle the tube to try and dislodge tube at which point the tube activated he sensor dropping inserter down and tube pulled his finger between tube and inserter causing partial amputation to his left pinky finger.
