What happened
Employee reports he removed his cut-resistant glove to enter adjustments into tablet then proceeded to push a case-carrier without his glove on through the automation aisle. While pushing the case-carrier cart along the bot rail the cart became stuck per his report and his un-gloved hand slid forward and made contact with a sharp object (product hat).
