This RN was helping a Patient get up out of bed the Patient was holding my hand when I heard a pop. The hand wrist did not start hurting until after the end of the shift. By the next day there was a small reddened warm area to the top of the hand. I thought it might have just been bruised. However by [REDACTED] the left pointer and middle finger became swollen and left forearm had some inflammation.
