Washing out after pouring concrete at a customer location.
What happened
Employee had left hand on concrete chute while using the control panel to lower it to the ground with his right hand. As he was doing this a customer employee grabbed the chute and lifted up on it creating a pinch point by where the injured employee had his left hand. The customer employee dropped the chute closing the pinch point and catching the injured employees left index finger in the pinch point. Injured employee was unaware the customer employee had lifted up on the chute creating the pinch point.
