Employee was exiting the facility to head to his car 1 hour and 50 minutes into his shift where he had to navigate a paved walkway and painted road crosswalk to the auxiliary parking area. However EE elected to walk down a small grassy hill between the exit in the facility fencing and the road.

EE alleged he slipped and fell on wet grass straining his lower back and causing generalized soreness as well.
