What happened
While getting to the bottom step of the ladder his left hand slipped from the handrail. His body then proceeded to swing side ways off the right side of the ladder. While still holding on to the ladder with his right hand the back of his right upper arm came in contact with a piece of the machine causing a laceration to the back upper part of his right arm.
