What happened
Operator [REDACTED] was running the paperwork through the case laser to capture the case code. The vaccum came on and yanked the paper upward and a spark and ember was sucked up through the vaccum system. The filter started smoking. [REDACTED] yanked the filter out and Mechanic [REDACTED] stomped it out. I was out in the hallway where all the smoke was sucked out into along with the other ladies that were treated with me.
