Slipped on curb wile delivery package

EE states On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] I arrived at a customers residence to deliver three packages. I retrieved the packages scanned them and turned to get out of the driver 's door with my left foot first once I got out of the van my left foot hit the rounded edge of the curb twisted and gave out. I pretty much heard a snap crackle and Pop and I went down. Immediately I had excruciating pain. I tried to get up hoping that I just twisted it and I could walk it off but I could not apply any pressure to it. I cried picked up the packages hopped to the front step delivered the packages took a picture and hopped back to the van. I immediately called and informed [REDACTED] of what happened and shortly after [REDACTED] called me and we went from there and called LMET to report the incident. Once a couple of my peers came to retrieve the packages from my van. I drove myself to the [REDACTED] hospital nanticoke and received medical attention.
