Had flu vaccine in [REDACTED] during the employee vaccine clinic I went back to my office to gather my things and within 510 minutes had an anaphylactic reaction and administered and epi pen laid down in the hall and requested [REDACTED] go get a wheelchair to bring me to the ER I was wheeled to the [REDACTED] and treatedthere for an allergic reaction to the flu vaccine Ive never had a reaction to a flu vaccine and no known egg allergy Prefilled [REDACTED] Lot number 3F7A5 exp date [REDACTED] The syringe and vaccine are latex free [REDACTED] is safe to use if you have an egg allergy according to the CDC but Flublok is egg free forpeople with severe egg allergies According to employee health this incident needs to be reported as an employee incident including to workers compProvided by [REDACTED] Infection Prevention
