Before the incident
Resident shower slick floor due to water and soap slip fall due to wet floor and moving resident while in shower chair.
What happened
EE was giving a resident a shower. The drain was clogged so it was pooling with soap and water. EE moved the shower chair (with resident in it) so moved with force. EE 's feet slid forward and she lost her balance falling backwards and landing on her upper bottom and lower back.
