What happened
I was feeling light headed. My charge nurse checked on me and I decided to go to the restroom to splash water on my face. I remember going to the restroom but I do not remember passing out. Apparently I passed out and hit my head. ERT was called and i was transported to the [REDACTED] for treatment. I was told to follow up with cardiology. The next day I began throwing up and having bad headaches. I visited an urgent care and was told i had a possible mild concussion. i took that night off work and rested per [REDACTED] documentation placing me off work.
