Employee received call to assist at Maintenance Dept. at time of arrival CBRE informed employee someone had entered dept & was tearing things up. Employee states a Patient had climbed ladder & was inside small attic space behaving erratically & throwing items around. Employee tried to talk Patient into coming down. Employee states she had to climb ladder to get Patient to come down and Patient then threw formaldehyde on employee.
