Checking the levels of the rail cars

Employee change valve on control panel to load the rail car. Rail car discharge line to prevent over pressure was hooked to a line no longer in use. Line became over pressurized as the employee walked past. Line came off and struck the employee on the left side of head and potato flour in left eye.
