Before the incident
Loss of balance due to unexpected amount of force needed to remove the rain mould.
What happened
An associate was setting up a unit on table 2 in Setup Department when they noticed an issue with the rain mould. The associate was utilizing a stool to reach the rain mould. The mould separated from the unit much easier than anticipated. This caused the associate to lose their balance and fall backwards. The associate 's head struck the ground resulting in a laceration to the top of their head.
