EE was driving and preparing to make a left turn onto a highway. Poor visiblility at this particular intersection and dense fog restricted driver 's view. EE waited thought he had clearance and proceeded to turn. White truck with no lights came around corner. Other company witnesses in another car stated they did not see the other vehicle either.
