Nurse gave resident his medicine and his water and while resident was taking his meds nurse gave resident his insulin shot. Resident handed nurse his medicine cup and when nurse grabbed cup nurse didn 't get to put safety on needle in time before sticking left thumb. Nurse washed hands really good.
