Assisting patient to be weighed on the scale.

Patient was coming in for an office visit for syncope- asked patient if he felt okay to get his weight since he had been passing out at home. Told patient it was not required patient said he wanted to be weighed. As patient weighed he passed out- I went to catch patient during his fall so he wouldn 't hit the floor hard- spouse was able to help move the wheelchair closer for me to lower patient back safely.
