Description of Occurrence*: [REDACTED] [REDACTED] (Electronic Report) I was working on 8 tower- a shift I picked up on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] most of my patients were total cares. I left work around [REDACTED]. I had felt very tired in my arms when I left but thought nothing of it. come [REDACTED] in the AM- I had pain to lift my shoulder laterally. or to reach forward. at rest my shoulder has a dull pain and at times feels numb. Activity Before Incident: employee was at work...did not report incident until [REDACTED] when pain did not go away after rest days.
