Line driving walking to break on the manual side
What happened
[REDACTED] in training just got done line driving and was walking to break when he felt something in his right eye. Blinked and squeezed eyelid did not get it out. Headed out to Auto 6. When he got to Auto 6 he mentioned to his Trainer that something was in his eye. [REDACTED] came up to Supervisors office. We flushed his eye several times and did not see anything in his eye but he felt like something was still in there. We believed that it was possibly scratched. We took him to Preva urgent care where they diagnosed him with a corneal abrasion and prescribed him with anti-infection eye drops.
