Putting rope on completed rack of glass
What happened
Employee had just completed packing the last rack on Destination 16 had taken gloves off then realized the rope wasn t pulled down to secure the glass. Without thinking it through employee did not put gloves back on so in the process of doing this her left hand finger hit the glass resulting in a cut.
