Employee felt something in his eye later in the work day. Was drilling and blowing debris with air gun prior to discomfort. He didn t let management know of the incident and went to the emergency room a couple hours after the shift ended. A piece of metal was removed from the left eye and a rust ring was noticed on the eye as well.
