Taking pt down to CT on Bipap with RT. [REDACTED] 's bed was almost fully on elevator when elevator started closing this nurses back was pushed by elevator door elevator door did not reopen. This nurse stepped out and [REDACTED] pushed bipap and elevator door closed halfway on bipap. Door did not reopen even though button was pushed several times. [REDACTED] called plant ops overhead. Plant ops showed up and Dr. [REDACTED] was notified. Agree to switch to nc while on ride down elevator.
