elbow seems to be fine while in the bent normal position doing job at her desk. But when straightened or trying to pick up anything there is pain on the outside of elbow. Employee can 't have arms at her side while holding any weight at this time and making a fist is also painful (it wasn 't painful in the bent position but now it 's starting to act up there as well).
