During the rigging operation of this procedure the employee choked the small end of the pipe higher than the right side. when raseing the pipe commenced the pipe shifted from two different lengths of sling this causing the entire piece to shift. when the load shifted to the south (right side) the piece knocked over the double cribbed 4x4s causing the top 4x4 to roll over [REDACTED] foot.
