What happened

The first 2 bins are easy to pull out the third bin however is farther back than my reach is able to reach. There is a pully system that brings the third bin forward without reaching. The pully system was broke. There was nothing to pull to bring the bin forward. I did a hard reach stretch to bring the bin forward and I overextended my shoulder to complete the preflight on the bins. I found out the broken pully system was already written up on the plane. Then continuing with my preflight I was pulling the top set of bins and the second bin is to be empty behind the first bin and when I pulled it overhead to check it it was heavy and I caught the bin with my left arm the bin had a combination of large trash bags toilet paper and Bank of America Credit Card applications within. Later in the flight I was restocking the service cart from the backstock cart and I went to pull the drawer of water bottles and the bottles got stuck to the metal shelf above within the cart and I was pulling wit
