What happened
[REDACTED] was grabbing a scrap wheel from the shipping area in [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] stated he went to lift a 24 X 4 wheel and the wheel broke in half and it fell to the ground catching the shin on his left leg on the way to the floor. It sliced about a 1 cut into his leg. Took to [REDACTED] and received 4 stiches.
