The employee was moving a finished pallet of track product from the cell to the pick up zone. The pallet was sitting on top of a cart with wheels. When the operator starting pushing the pallet it slid off of the cart and fell to the ground. The employees left hand was pinched between the pallet and the cart during the fall.
