Before the incident
TEAM member was entering a unloaded trailer with a stack of cages on their forks. When they enter the back of the trailer the dock lever failed and the kickstand below kicked out causing a drop.

When the level failed the dock bottomed out this is a couple inch fall while seated in a forklift.
