Changing the brass ring out of the APT in hydroform
What happened
Changing the diaphragm in cell 3 the brass ring that holds the diaphragm in place got stuck. As [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] worked on getting it lose for about 10 minutes [REDACTED] noticed the ring was a little crooked inside the chamber. [REDACTED] tapped the steel ring with a soft hammer. (The steel ring surrounds the brass ring) That one tap made the brass ring fall out and it hit [REDACTED] hand.
