EE was found on the ground underneath the reman deck with lack of memory on how he ended up on the ground. EE believes he was over exerting during his shift causing the incident. EE had a small scrape on right elbow small bump on the right side of his head. Nurse Triage was used and no further treatment was required. EE returnd to work.
