After the employee was finished cleaning the kitchen she plugged the steam table back in The previous person person had unplugged the steamer without turning the power off When employee plugged it back in it started heating and boiling the water without here knowledge She turned the heater off when noticed but removed the lid to add more water and a burst of steam came out burning her forearms She immediately turned off the steamer and treated arms with cool water
